The solution must encompass recurring updates to graphic design and fabrication services to sustain a thorough and adaptable system. Essential features include real-time content with remote update capabilities, built-in accessibility features (such as screen readers, magnifiers, text scaling, and high-contrast displays), and provision of all necessary equipment and accessories. The platform must be browser-based and incorporate branded QR codes placed at entrances, kiosks, and in printed materials. This bid is set aside exclusively for small businesses.
