Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A vendor is sought to provide a scalable, secure digital warehouse and transport management web portal solution for use across approximately 20 countries and 40 warehouses. The platform must enable interoperability with existing internal tools and various external systems and support a multi-organization setup that isolates data by partner organizations.
The platform should support differentiated and role-based user access, including about 10 internal agency headquarters users and 50 external partner users. It must include robust features such as analysis grids that capture comprehensive logistics data—carrier, driver and vehicle attributes, payment methods, documentation, operational parameters, and standardized article coding. Long-term capability for document management, as well as monitoring of budget commitments and logistics pricing, is required.
The web portal must provide granular access controls, simplified workflows for transport and inventory partners, application tracking, and cost visibility, while preventing access to global management functions. Questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 5, 2026.
