The City of Denver is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and deploy a robust digital twin platform designed for urban data integration, modeling, and simulation. The selected vendor will collaborate closely with the city to refine the platform’s functionalities, integration points, and overall capabilities to meet Denver’s evolving urban management needs.

Key responsibilities include the design and architecture of a scalable, user-friendly platform that facilitates seamless multi-domain data integration and interagency collaboration. The vendor will be tasked with establishing robust processes for data ingestion, management, and ensuring the quality and currency of diverse city datasets. In addition, the scope involves developing core modeling, simulation, and forecasting capabilities to enable scenario analysis and impact assessment across various urban functions.

Deployment and validation of the digital twin platform’s core functionalities will be essential to demonstrate its effectiveness and accuracy. The vendor will also be responsible for providing training to city staff and developing a sustainable strategy for the platform’s long-term maintenance and future development. The contract period will span two years.
