DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a robust digital signage platform for deployment in Alberta, Canada. The desired solution must be browser-based and accessible across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. All necessary user and administrator licensing must be included, along with a comprehensive, all-in-one software display solution that incorporates a hardware display device, device and data management, centralized control of devices, and content management capabilities.

The platform should allow for separation of device management and content management into distinct webpages and operate as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hosted on a major public cloud provider such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or AWS. It must be capable of supporting growth to over 100 client devices, include cloud environment backups, and demonstrate clear cybersecurity procedures to mitigate cyber threats.
