DESCRIPTION
A government authority in West Virginia seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive digital signage network services. This includes the installation and activation of all necessary data ports to ensure Info Station connectivity, encompassing setup, connection, and testing of data, audio, and video connections, as well as verifying network functionality. The vendor will also coordinate with colleges, schools, departments, contractors, and units to guarantee successful installations.
The scope further includes the installation of dedicated electrical circuits required to power Info Stations, including the wiring and verification of all power connections and outlets, while maintaining close coordination with stakeholders to ensure performance and compliance.
