The State of Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive digital platform focused on practice and remediation tools, with particular emphasis on ACT preparation for high school students. The platform must support teachers in delivering standards-aligned instruction through resources such as ready-to-use lesson plans in English/Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science, all aligned to ACT standards. Lessons should offer easy implementation, pacing guidance, strategies for differentiation, scaffolding support, answer keys, instructional guidance, and professional development resources.

For students, the platform should provide a web-based portal accessible via computers, tablets, and mobile devices, enabling practice with questions aligned to the relevant content and standardized test formats. Features must include tutorials for complex concepts, personalized remediation pathways based on performance, and tools for progress tracking and goal setting.

Additional requirements include integration with district student information systems and assessment platforms, support for single sign-on with Clever, and compliance with state and district student privacy and data security policies. The solution should offer robust role-based access for administrators, teachers, counselors, and specialists, and should be cloud-hosted with regular data backups and encryption protocols. The contract period for this engagement is four years.
