DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing digital portfolio systems, encompassing both the development of new code and the maintenance of existing code bases. Technologies involved include Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions and Storage, .NET, React, TypeScript, and GitHub, with all work undertaken collaboratively with the client's internal development team.

The scope of work requires advanced cloud and integration expertise, particularly in architecting complex digital service integrations leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 APIs, PowerApps, and Azure Platform as a Service capabilities. Vendors should demonstrate expert-level proficiency in modern development stacks, CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions, and secure development practices such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Zero Trust Architecture. Experience in distributed systems design, event-driven architecture, microservices, and domain-driven design is essential.

Proponents are expected to define and communicate solution architecture strategies for modernizing legacy environments, with a focus on designing reusable components, APIs, and common services. The contract period for these services is one year.
