The City is seeking a vendor to implement and manage a comprehensive digital payment system for its existing coin-metered parking spaces. The selected provider will introduce app-based and guest pay options for on-street parking areas currently limited to coin payments.
Additionally, the solution will feature a digital platform for monitoring parking supply and managing payments for hourly, daily, and monthly parking. The contract also requires the provision of an app-based tracking system for parking enforcement officers, with integration capabilities for license plate scanning and recognition technology.
Vendors must provide scan code and website link signage stickers to facilitate user transactions, as well as web resources and customer assistance for the digital payment platform. The initial contract period will be three years.
