DESCRIPTION
This project seeks a qualified vendor to provide digital orthophotography services for a variety of applications, including asset and infrastructure management, site inspections and assessments, engineering pre-design, map production, and reports. The generated orthophotos will also be used for GIS integration, public presentations, promotional materials, advertisements, display boards, and interactions with the public, as well as supporting various land data analyses for current and future projects.
The chosen vendor will supply digital imagery with uniform color balance and consistency across the designated project area. Required deliverables include color-balanced, frame-based digital imagery stored as uncompressed GeoTIFF files, as well as digital infrared GeoTIFF and enhanced compression wavelet images. These products will be made accessible to the public through the Council’s Internet GIS applications.
