DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive design and templating services for digital newsletters and website assets. This includes creating new digital assets within the agreed industry for collaborative content, and designing templates for weekly email newsletters in both English and Spanish. The scope also covers templating and design for a statewide newscast podcast, website design and elements, as well as the implementation of feedback loops for data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
Design assets and elements must recognize funding support in connection with the statewide newscast podcast, website, digital platforms, and all releases and promotional materials. Asset delivery methods include large print for live rural town halls, website design, and podcast logo and associated elements.
