DESCRIPTION
This project calls for the design, procurement, and installation of a digital marquee sign in front of a building, intended to serve as a communication tool for announcements, events, and public information. The selected vendor will provide a high-visibility, weather-resistant digital marquee that meets all local codes and regulations.
The scope includes integration of user-friendly software for content management and installation of a complete control system, including a cellular modem, Wi-Fi solution, media player, antennas, and necessary network electronics. An on-site visit for interested vendors will be held from March 16 to 23, 2026. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
