The Authority seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive digital marketplace solution that includes a booking engine and inventory management system capable of seamless integration with the existing Marketplace platform. The selected contractor will manage and fulfill reservations made through the Marketplace, address all customer service requests, and provide a secure third-party payment processing service compliant with PCI-DSS standards, including tokenization and encryption of cardholder data.

The contractor will be responsible for ongoing data feeds supplying pricing, images, and product information to the Marketplace, with services required to be available 24/7/365. Trademarks and logos for products may be used to promote offerings, subject to compliance with the Authority’s advertising policy. All public communications and promotional advertising involving the Marketplace require pre-approval by the Authority's representative.

Technical requirements include supporting HTTPS methods for importing and displaying pricing data via API and assisting in form development for successful quote requests. Authentic booking confirmation must be provided via email or phone within sixty minutes of reservation placement. The payment processor's endpoints must support industry-standard authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and 3D Secure.
