DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide digital marketing and promotional services aimed at increasing business participation, awareness, branding, and communication. Core responsibilities include delivering workplace culture and business skills development, implementing AI awareness and digital readiness programs, and executing regional investment readiness and capital access initiatives. The provider will also support the delivery of regional business advisory and resource center services, and contribute to regional economic engagement initiatives such as the Economic Growth Forum.

Additional duties involve developing and executing a Business Engagement Strategy, fostering regional coordination and partnerships, and maintaining accurate, comprehensive records of all activities including participant data, engagement metrics, and outcome measurements.
