The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive digital solution for library card account address verification. This system should enable customers to obtain a digital library card through an online application and digitally verify their addresses for both the registration of new cards and the update or renewal of existing accounts.
The solution must interface seamlessly with the integrated library system (ILS) to support creation of new accounts and updating of customer information. It should also facilitate automatic account renewal processes by authenticating current customer addresses. Online application and renewal verification forms are required to support customizable fields in accordance with current library policies.
Additionally, the product should include a dashboard for easy viewing of pending and completed applications or renewals, as well as clear tracking of the reasons behind any registration or renewal failures. The system must have the capability to shadow, delete, and add branch libraries as needed. The contract for this service is expected to last one year.
