Ontario is seeking a vendor to design and implement the front-end and content management system (CMS) for a bilingual digital experience platform, including a public-facing corporate website and an ICTC hub. The project involves delivering the first layer of the digital experience platform, ensuring it aligns with ICTC’s brand as a leading national agency in the digital economy.
The primary focus is on developing a visually compelling and accessible user experience and user interface, supporting both English and French languages. The solution should be optimized for user engagement and adhere to accessibility best practices. The selected vendor will be responsible for the end-to-end design and CMS implementation of the corporate website and associated hub.
