DESCRIPTION
The government is seeking a vendor to provide a digital engineering and data management hub solution to serve as the centralized, authoritative environment for the Integrated Combat System (ICS) Program. The solution must feature robust commercial capabilities enabling ingestion, transformation, and integration of a broad array of data formats—spanning structured datasets, unstructured documents, system data streams, and scanned inputs—into a linked, searchable environment, with a high degree of automation.
The system is required to support comprehensive configuration management, version control, and traceability throughout the entire program lifecycle, covering hardware, software, firmware baselines, as well as integrated product support data. Strict role-based access controls are necessary to enforce stakeholder permissions for read and write capabilities, systematically safeguarding sensitive, proprietary, or performer-specific information through compartmentalization and protection measures.
