The state of Utah is seeking proposals from reputable and experienced vendors to provide a digital curriculum and a learning management system (LMS) designed to offer personalized education solutions. The desired platform should accommodate the individual needs of each student by allowing flexibility in time, pace, place, and learning path.
Vendors are expected to detail the features, functions, tools, and capabilities of both the digital curriculum and the learning management system. Comprehensive system administration and customer support for both components are required. The digital curriculum must enable teachers to make modifications to align with Utah state educational requirements, while the LMS should offer tools for students, parents, teachers, and administrators to effectively monitor and manage student progress.
Additional required capabilities include tracking student performance, data management, and robust role-based reporting and communications. Vendors should include any relevant marketing materials or data sheets with their proposals. All questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by January 27, 2026.
