The selected vendor will be responsible for creative theme development, including concept ideation, research on audience preferences, and alignment with the client's goals. The scope also covers visual and graphic design for digital displays, animation, and motion graphics. Production services include scriptwriting, video production, editing, photography, and resource management. Additionally, the vendor must secure all necessary permits and licenses, manage the entire production lifecycle, and develop media server and software requirements to ensure seamless integration with the content distribution system.
A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for February 11, 2026, with all questions due by February 25, 2026. The contract term is set for five years, offering a comprehensive opportunity for vendors specializing in immersive digital content for large-scale media features.
