Initial Overarching Project Plan and Schedule is due within 2 weeks of task award.
Updated Overarching Project Plan and Schedule is due by the 5th working day of each month.
In Process Review Briefings are due monthly by the 5th working day of each month.
Transition Plan is due 60 calendar days prior to the end of this contract (base or option period).
Weekly Executive Summary outlining all meetings attended during the previous week related to the project(s) is due by 3 p.m. on the first working day of each week.
Monthly Executive Summary Status Report to review with BA, BP and Finance Directorate Leadership is due by the 5th working day of each month.
Task coordination, categorization, and documentation is due in accordance with Table 3.
Weekly Executive Summary outlining the status of all aspects of transition from the previous week starting at onset of 30-day transition period is due by close of business at the end of each week.
Contractor Quality Control Plan (QCP) must be submitted within 10 business days of contract start date.
COR will notify the contractor of concurrence or required modifications to the QCP within 10 business days of receipt.
Contractor shall make appropriate modifications within 5 business days of the COR's notification and provide a revised QCP within 5 business days.

The government authority in Ohio is seeking information from vendors regarding digital business transformation IT services. The project supports the energy supply chain through newly established directorates, including the Energy Business Process Support Directorate, Procurement Process Support Directorate, and the Finance Energy Process Lead. These units collectively provide comprehensive process support for all facets of the energy supply chain and the underlying enabling systems.
This initiative is focused on advancing energy system architecture in a unified environment, incorporating ancillary integrated system components like fuels management and energy procurement system tools. The scope includes Systems, Applications and Products, Integrated Business Planning, Supplier Relationship Management, industry-specific solutions for oil and gas, bulk fuel management, and tailored procurement solutions for the public sector. Specialized system knowledge beyond the capacity of internal Business Process Analysts is required to fulfill the objectives of this initiative.
