West Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive collection of high-resolution digital assets, including photography and videography, to support civic mission initiatives, tourism promotion, and the showcasing of historical landmarks and community engagement efforts. The required assets will be utilized across a variety of platforms such as websites, promotional materials, and public-facing channels.
Services include providing high-resolution photographs (minimum 300 DPI) and 4K or higher quality video clips. The videography should consist of both ground-level and aerial/drone perspectives, ensuring a balanced mix to effectively capture the subject matter. Vendors must supply short video snippets, approximately one minute in length, suitable for promotional and web-based use.
Each submitted video must include metadata and keynotes to clearly identify the location and subject. This project is ideal for vendors with expertise in both photography and videography, especially those experienced in delivering high-quality digital content for tourism and civic engagement campaigns.
