The client is seeking a vendor to provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system that supports a collaborative post-production workflow and integrates seamlessly with Adobe Creative Cloud applications. The solution should allow works in progress to be managed and must include robust integration with applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Users should be able to search, retrieve, and download assets through an extension within these Adobe applications.
Key requirements include advanced search functionality utilizing metadata, keywords, filters, and AI-generated tags. The DAM system must be compatible with both MacOS and WindowsOS, ensuring its plugins or connecting applications function effectively across platforms. The system will be used primarily for digital asset management and media collaboration, with a focus on video and podcast production environments.
The contract period for this DAM system will be three years.
