A government authority in Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive IT support services for digital archives. The selected vendor will deliver both help desk and technical support, including 24/7 help desk availability, user-accessible issue tracking, and a toll-free support number. Additional responsibilities involve assisting users with HP-related software issues, as well as supporting server and database setup.
Technical support will encompass configuration tasks, including the continuation and adaptation of existing customizations to user roles and privileges within the OpenText Content Manager software environment. Vendors must demonstrate at least four years of experience providing technical support for OpenText Content Manager. All questions regarding this proposal must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026.
