The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a targeted digital advertising campaign in Massachusetts. Services include campaign setup and launch across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic display networks.
The vendor will develop all necessary creative assets for the campaign, including display advertisements, search ad copy, and video ad variations. Additionally, the vendor will adapt and optimize a provided systems change video for multi-platform use to support campaign goals related to prevention awareness.
Ongoing campaign management, including performance monitoring, A/B testing, and continual optimization, is required. The vendor will also be tasked with media planning—including platform selection, targeting strategies, timelines, and budget allocation recommendations—to ensure effective channel mix and campaign impact.
