The vendor will provide comprehensive digital advertising services, including campaign development and implementation across multiple channels. This will involve paid search engine marketing using platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, as well as paid social media advertising on sites like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms as appropriate. Additional services include display and programmatic advertising, YouTube, and streaming/OTT advertising to ensure robust digital presence.
Vendors are expected to develop segmented audience targeting strategies tailored to various groups, including traditional and non-traditional student populations, high school students, and parents. The approach should integrate behavioral and intent-based targeting to maximize campaign reach and relevance.
The selected company will be responsible for ongoing campaign management and optimization, continuously monitoring performance and making adjustments to enhance conversion rates and cost efficiency. Questions regarding the scope or requirements must be submitted prior to the specified deadline.
