The selected vendor will execute a comprehensive digital advertising campaign, beginning with onboarding and discovery activities. This phase includes reviewing current brand guidelines, campaign assets, and messaging, aligning on campaign objectives and target audiences, and offering expert recommendations for channel mix and budget allocations.
The vendor will formulate a strategic media plan, specifying platforms, targeting techniques, and timelines, and will define audience segments and targeting parameters to ensure effective reach. Responsibilities extend to the full lifecycle of campaign implementation, involving the setup, launch, and ongoing management of advertisements across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic display networks. Regular performance monitoring, reporting, and campaign optimizations—including testing and refinement—will be provided to maximize impact.
Additionally, the vendor will manage the development of all required creative assets for digital advertising, including display and search ads as well as video variants. Adaptation of provided video content for cross-platform deployment (including edits, captions, and formatting adjustments) is also required. Frequent reporting on key metrics like impressions, reach, click-through rates, video views, and conversions will be delivered to ensure transparency and accountability.
