DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be expected to provide a digital accessibility solution that acts as a centralized platform, enabling content creators to code accessibly. The platform should deliver core functionality such as testing, validating, remediating, and continuously monitoring accessibility compliance across a variety of digital properties, including webpages, web applications, mobile apps, documents, and internal platforms.

The solution must support content creators with shift-left testing practices, integrating accessibility measures at each stage of designing, building, and post-building for cross-functional digital workflows. The contract for this service is to span a period of two years, with all questions regarding the RFP due by March 6, 2026.
