The government authority in Dublin, California seeks a vendor to provide professional on-call developmental review services for a variety of private land development projects. The selected firm will offer staff augmentation, serving as the engineering project manager and primary engineering reviewer for land development, subdivision, commercial projects, encroachment permits, small cell permits, planning applications, and building permit applications.

Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and formulating conditions of approval for planning entitlement applications such as Tentative Maps, Site Development Reviews, and Conditional Use Permits. The vendor will review encroachment and small cell site permit applications, along with parcel maps, final maps, tract improvement plans, grading plans, street improvement plans, plot plans, and building permit plans. All evaluations must ensure conformance with City and State regulations and engineering standards of practice, including ADA and accessibility requirements.
