DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Lowell, Massachusetts seeks a qualified vendor to act as a development partner for upcoming projects. The selected partner will be responsible for developing both a preliminary financing plan and a comprehensive development plan, including construction scheduling. Duties will include evaluating the need for gap funding, establishing the total development cost, identifying and securing additional public and private funding sources, as well as preparing and submitting required funding applications.
