DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide development advisory services for a government authority in Stone Mountain, Georgia, focusing on the implementation of a planned civic park and mixed-use destination in the historic downtown district. Services include outreach to the development community, preparation of a developer solicitation, and the creation of development concepts that promote tourism growth and offer a unique destination experience for visitors.
