DESCRIPTION

The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide developer solicitation, marketing, and transaction advisory services for a development project. Responsibilities include positioning and marketing the site to national and regional developers to generate competitive interest and managing a formal solicitation process. The vendor will support developer selection, negotiations, and deal execution, including the review, verification, and modification of prior work related to the project, such as master plans and market analyses.

The selected firm will be expected to develop a comprehensive strategy for outreach and engagement, support developer selection, and manage general transaction strategy. Duties also involve conducting feasibility analyses and assessing potential land values. The vendor will create and implement a marketing and outreach plan, generate industry awareness, manage proposal review, shortlist candidates, assist with offer evaluation, selection support, and due diligence coordination. Additionally, transaction and escrow support will be provided throughout the disposition and development agreement process.
