Develop and Implement Communications Service

An organization in Malaysia is seeking a vendor to develop and implement comprehensive communications and knowledge management services for a project. The selected partner will be responsible for creating and executing a robust communications and knowledge management strategy, including an actionable plan that supports effective internal and external engagement.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining information and knowledge-sharing systems, such as internet platforms and social media channels. The vendor will identify key target audiences, select appropriate communication channels, craft core messages, and produce knowledge products to maximize outreach. Organizing awareness-raising activities, facilitating communications within the community of practice, and developing a centralized knowledge hub—accessible both online (via tools like Google Drive or Dropbox) and physically—are essential deliverables. This hub will be used to store and disseminate project resources, lessons learned, tools, and best practices.

Additionally, the contractor will design and implement content calendars, manage two social media campaigns, and produce biannual newsletters. Support is also required for events such as high-visibility meetings, national dialogues, roundtable discussions, and capacity-building workshops. The selected firm will manage continuous content updates, digital communications, and outreach campaigns, as well as launch and oversee the online knowledge-sharing platform and initial social media presence.
