The government authority in Port Chester, New York is seeking a vendor to provide desktop network, server administration, and technical support services. The selected contractor will support the agency's information technology needs across administrative departments, boards, commissions, and related agencies, providing both strategic IT oversight and day-to-day operational support.
Scope of work includes responding to help desk tickets, workstation break/fix support, software installations, out-of-warranty hardware repair, troubleshooting new issues, quarterly BIOS and firmware maintenance on workstations, configuring and deploying new workstations, maintaining records, supporting managed copiers, documenting software application version schedules, inventory documentation, license management, application-specific support, and IP camera troubleshooting.
The vendor will also provide Microsoft Windows Server 2016 through current operating system administration, including applying updates, reviewing and maintaining Event Viewer logs, and adding, deleting, or cleaning up applications with software manufacturers. The contract term is one year. Questions are due by May 21, 2026.
