The government authority in Stamford, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive design services for a one-year contract. The project includes responsibilities such as project scope development, detailed contractor coordination, scheduling, and modifications as required. The vendor will be expected to participate in field observations, meetings, and manage submittal requirements involved in the project's execution.

Key aspects of the project involve implementing temporary site controls to address erosion management and dust reduction, performing demolition, site preparation, grading, and excavation, and managing the use of materials such as aggregate, trenching, and backfilling. Additional requirements include constructing curbs, asphalt pavement, drainage features, fencing, installing playground equipment and surfacing, as well as site amenities, landscaping, and plantings. The scope also covers cast-in-place concrete work for footings and pathways, creating performance specifications for a post-tension concrete court, and the restoration of an existing pavilion.

Vendors must submit all questions regarding the RFP by April 16, 2026. The selected firm will be expected to collaborate closely with the authority throughout the duration of the contract.
