A government authority in Troy, NC is seeking experienced design consultant services to oversee and manage several facility upgrade and replacement projects. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing, recommending, designing, bidding, and managing the construction phases for projects awarded to the system.
Key projects include replacement of classroom water source heat pumps, upgrading gymnasium lighting to LED fixtures, and replacing a 100 to 125 ton Carrier chiller.
