DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive design, construction, and maintenance architectural services. The selected firm will be responsible for gathering and providing site information, including area dimensions, existing utilities, grade elevations, and record documents of current building facilities. The architect is also expected to receive and utilize a defined project construction budget in the preparation of preliminary designs.

Additionally, the scope of work includes reviewing and approving construction methods and materials, as well as evaluating final plans, specifications, construction schedules, and cost estimates for approval. The vendor will also manage traffic control measures on major high-volume roadways to ensure safety during lane closures required for drilling operations. Observational daily reports in a specified format must be provided throughout the duration of the contract.
