Design-Build Services

A government authority in Texarkana, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive design-build services for a new facility. The planned facility will feature multiple meeting and event rooms, offices designated for alumni staff, lounge and gathering areas, as well as exhibit spaces dedicated to showcasing university history and memorabilia. Additionally, the project includes support spaces such as restrooms, storage rooms, and mechanical areas.

The selected vendor will be responsible for assembling and managing a design-build team consisting of licensed architects, engineers (including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines), and any necessary specialty consultants. The scope of services also requires managing all subcontractors, implementing strict quality control measures, and ensuring the project is completed according to the approved schedule and budget.

Upon completion of the project, the vendor must provide all required warranties, as-built drawings, and comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals. The contract for these services is set for a one-year period, with all vendor questions to be submitted by January 23, 2026.
