The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, is conducting a Sources Sought market survey to identify up to four additional large or unrestricted businesses for inclusion in a Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Vertical Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This contract is primarily intended for use within the Southwestern Division (SWD) Area of Responsibility, focusing on military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas.
The MATOC has a total shared capacity of approximately $495 million over a five-year base period, with a target of ten contract holders. The scope encompasses design, new construction, repair, and alteration services to support the sustainment, restoration, replacement, and modernization of various facility types such as administration buildings, health facilities, warehouses, office spaces, dormitories, dining facilities, aircraft hangars, and classrooms. Projects may also include military-funded horizontal construction work as identified in individual task orders.
Firms interested in participating must demonstrate capability to execute projects comparable in size and complexity within the past five years, provide relevant corporate and bonding information, and be registered in SAM. This notice is strictly for information-gathering and preliminary planning; it is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contracts will be issued based on this announcement. An upcoming virtual industry event will provide further details and opportunities for interested parties to engage with the Government regarding the MATOC.
