The government authority in Lancaster, South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide design-build construction services for emergency medical facilities. The project involves the design and construction of two single-story Emergency Medical Services (EMS) buildings.
The selected contractor must ensure full compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal building codes, including fire, life safety, ADA accessibility, and energy regulations. Coordination with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), communications, and site utility infrastructure is required. The scope includes providing stamped architectural and engineering plans, as well as ensuring the durability and operational suitability of the buildings for emergency response.
