DESCRIPTION


The contractor will develop and implement a country-wide HeForShe campaign in Bosnia and Herzegovina, building on the global movement and adapting it to the local context. The assignment includes creation of a comprehensive creative campaign concept, visual identity, and implementation plan for review and approval by the organization.

The campaign concept is expected to include a narrative, target audience segmentation, key messages, objectives, KPIs and indicative targets, a community and stakeholder engagement approach, and risk mitigation measures. The visual identity package should include campaign slogans, hashtags, branding guidelines, event visibility materials, and social media templates.

The contractor will also organize public events and community engagement activities that encourage men and boys to become active allies for gender equality. Responsibilities include venue provision and event management in Sarajevo, technical production, registration, interpretation where required, catering, media relations, participant travel reimbursement and accommodation arrangements, event branding, production of 50 recognition awards and 100 welcome packages, a public commitment activation, professional photography, a 30–45 second event highlight video, and submission of an event report covering participation, media coverage, and outcomes.
