A government authority in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive design and construction administration services for an upcoming project. Responsibilities include conducting a partial topographic survey if necessary, fulfilling all conventional design requirements, and preparing plans in accordance with 3R/4R guidelines as appropriate.
The selected vendor will coordinate all design efforts with relevant utilities and governmental agencies to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Construction engineering services are required throughout the project, including the provision of a project manager, inspectors, office support and equipment, as well as staking activities. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 20, 2026.
