DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Corpus Christi, Texas seeks vendors to provide comprehensive depository banking services for a two-year contract. Required offerings include online banking with internet-based automated cash management tools, deposit and remote deposit services, check truncation and conversion, re-presentment of checks, and disbursement services. Vendors are expected to provide positive pay, wire transfer services, optical imaging, account reconciliation, safekeeping services, commercial credit card functionality, and detailed monthly account analysis reports covering fees and charges for all accounts, including consolidated statements.
Additional requirements include monthly activity statements for each account, management of overdrafts, stop payment services, and commercial credit card solutions.
