The government authority in Montgomery, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive depository and banking services. The selected financial institution must demonstrate the capability to offer a broad range of services at competitive pricing and ensure a quality transition of services. Required offerings include merchant services, institutional custody, investment advisory, and procurement card (P-Card) services.
The provider will be responsible for processing the Treasurer's daily deposits, serving as the clearing bank for county warrants, and offering online wire transfer services. Additionally, the contractor must facilitate daily automatic repurchase agreements or similar investment options for collected balances. Secure, internet-based online services must be provided, supporting balance reporting, transactions, stop-pay, EDI reporting, and allowing the Treasurer and Auditor to originate debits and credits. Monthly statements and routine operational services are also required.
The contract will be for a period of two years. Questions about the RFP must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
