DESCRIPTION


The government authority in North Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide demolition services for condemned properties. The scope of work includes the complete removal of junk, garbage, and rubbish from the front, sides, and rear of the designated properties. In addition, contractors will be responsible for eliminating make-shift fences, campers, and any other non-occupiable structures present on the sites.

The expectation is to restore each property to sanitary conditions upon completion of demolition activities. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 23, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
