Demolition Derby Production Service

A government authority in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive production and management services for a county demolition derby. The objective is to plan and execute a family-friendly, entertaining event at the complex arena, ensuring a positive experience for attendees of all ages.

The selected vendor will handle all aspects of event organization, including marketing the event through internet and social media platforms, creating banners and promotional materials, and managing outreach for drivers. Responsibilities also include supplying necessary event equipment, coordinating an announcer and DJ for sound system operations, and managing purse distribution. Staffing will be required to secure and monitor the pit area throughout the event day, and the vendor must provide timing gear, flags, computers, and sufficient tow trucks to remove vehicles after each heat. Production of driver shirts, and if desired, spectator shirts for sale, will also be part of the vendor’s scope. All required supplies and equipment for safe and efficient event execution must be provided.
