DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive demand response program services for both residential and business customers, which include the deployment of a distributed energy resource management system (DERMS). The scope of work covers the launch and implementation of the program, ensuring an integrated end-to-end customer experience. Services must feature a customer interface, support incentive payments, and enable program reporting via dashboards.

The DERMS platform is required to dispatch enrolled capacity efficiently and facilitate robust load management, monitoring, and reporting.
