Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive demand response program services for both residential and business customers, which include the deployment of a distributed energy resource management system (DERMS). The scope of work covers the launch and implementation of the program, ensuring an integrated end-to-end customer experience. Services must feature a customer interface, support incentive payments, and enable program reporting via dashboards.
The DERMS platform is required to dispatch enrolled capacity efficiently and facilitate robust load management, monitoring, and reporting. Additional expectations include managing marketing and engagement activities to maximize participation across both customer sectors. The solution should be accessible through a mobile app for iOS and Android devices, or via a mobile-enabled desktop website, providing flexibility and ease of use for participants.
The contract duration will span three years, and vendors are expected to address all technical and functional requirements to deliver a seamless program experience.
