DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Ohio is seeking a vendor to act as a Demand Response and Curtailment Service Provider. The selected vendor will deliver voluntary statewide demand response and other curtailment services, facilitating participation and enrollment for State Agencies in PJM Interconnection demand response programs and related initiatives.

The scope of work includes enrolling and managing State Agencies in one or more PJM Interconnection programs, overseeing participation, and ensuring engagement in demand response and curtailment opportunities. The vendor will be responsible for maximizing Distributed Energy Resource Payments split from all payments obtained as a result of State Agency performance in these programs. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on April 28, 2026, and questions must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
