DESCRIPTION

The City of Salem, Virginia is seeking vendors to provide demand construction services for municipal business operations. The selected contractor will furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, record documentation, and other responsibilities required to perform construction and maintenance work associated with designated service areas and trades.

Contractors are not required to offer all listed services but must be able to demonstrate professional expertise in each service group for which they wish to be considered. Services must be executed competently to ensure seamless municipal operations and minimize interruptions. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 20, 2026. The initial contract term will be for one year.
