The City of Austin is seeking vendors to provide decorating services for holidays and events at city-owned buildings. The selected contractor must operate a full-time, permanent business address and be accessible by email and telephone during weekday business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include installing holiday-themed decorations, maintaining their condition throughout the display period, and ensuring removal within two business days at the conclusion of the event, or another mutually agreed upon time. Contractors are expected to acknowledge decoration or event setup requests within one business day of notification. Rental equipment required for decoration may be charged to the city based on agreed-upon pricing.
