DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive program of policy briefings and public-facing events to advance decarbonization initiatives across the region. This includes the creation and cultivation of strategic partnerships that will prepare the region for large-scale electrification, ensuring institutions, training programs, financial systems, and housing markets are fully aligned and prepared to support widespread electrification efforts.

The contracted services encompass coordinating both the content and logistics for policy briefings and stakeholder events. This includes recruiting and managing speakers and subject matter experts, overseeing scheduling, venue/platform logistics, A/V considerations, accessibility accommodations, and day-of event coordination. Vendors will also be responsible for managing attendee registration, outreach, and related communications by leveraging appropriate digital platforms.

Additionally, the vendor is expected to serve in a convener role, bringing together diverse regional stakeholders and acting as a partnership architect to align program interests and foster collaborative action. The overarching goal is to ensure that all required entities are operationally prepared for building and transportation electrification at an impactful scale.
