DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Newnan, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive debris monitoring, disaster recovery, and emergency planning services. The scope includes overseeing disaster debris removal from public rights-of-way, drainage areas, canals, waterways, and other public or designated locations. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing the scheduling and assignment of work for all team members and contractors daily, as well as hiring, scheduling, and supervising field staff.

The contractor will be required to develop and maintain forms, databases, and tracking tools for field activity, invoice submission (including to FEMA and FHWA), and must ensure all materials are compatible with agency software. Load ticket data must be entered into a database application, and all source documentation (such as load tickets) digitized as part of routine reporting. The vendor will also prepare daily operational reports, develop maps and GIS applications as needed, and assist with the preparation of final reports and appeals.
